Q: Are the course new set or used? All our courses are new set unless stated
Q: How do I place an order and complete the purchase? It is very easy to shop on our webstore. Please read below steps: 1. When you see the course that you want to purchase, add to your cart 2. Register and login (the item you added to your cart will still be there) 3. Continue shopping or checkout 4. Choose the shipping method 5. Confirm order and a Paypal page will be showing up 6. Make the secured payment through the Paypal page using your credit card or your existing Paypal credit 7. Once the payment successfully complete, an order confirmation email will send to your register email address along with the order number 8. You can always login and see the order status on your member page for the delivery status.
Q: I was having problem to complete the purchase through Paypal If you have encounter any issue to make the payment through Paypal, we recommend you to call Paypal helpline at 1-402-935-2050 (24 hours US Helpline) or email them.
Q: Are you accepting other payment method than Paypal? Currently we only accepting Paypal as payment method because it is secured, easy and fast to complete a transaction.
Q: Are my registration details secured if I were to register? All our webserver are secured and be assured all the registration info is safe. In addition, we don't store sensitive details such as credit card info. All credit cards details will be going through Paypal only
Q: Is there any warranty if I have receive defects DVDs We will re-send any defects DVDs to our customers at no extra cost.
